Unofficial JQuery 1.3 Visual Studio Intellisense File

In lieu of the official Visual Studio 2008 Intellisense file for jQuery, the jQuery intellisense file generator at http://www.infobasis.com/sandpit/jQuery-Intellisense/ has been updated to support jQuery 1.3.0 (See this post for more details).
